I’m one of those people who see the big picture. I see the end goal and go after it. I give it my all for a certain period of time, but when that motivation wears off, I start to slack off. When I see the immensity of the end goal and I don’t see how it will come to be, it paralyzes me, causing procrastination and delay. It’s a cycle I’m breaking.
Here’s what I’m learning:
🔸There’s no pressure – I’m already accomplished because of the blood of The Lamb.
🔸In faith, I have to trust God for my next step, in all things.
🔸Small action steps lead to big changes.
🔸Consistency always leads to success.
🔸 I may not reach my big goal overnight, but I will get there!
🔸It’s good to enjoy the journey.
🔸Trust God’s timing. He knows when I’m ready. (His blessings make rich and add no sorrow.)
🔸Sometimes I have to stand up for what I want in life/ what God is calling me to and let the enemy/my obstacle/fear know that I’m not giving up!
🔸I have to use the voice of authority Jesus gave me to speak to my problems!
🔸When I’m reminded of my obstacles, I remind myself of how good/powerful/mighty my God is!
Let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up. Galatians 6:9 ESV
Happy September!
