This was my life for 35 years! I would keep suppressing the things God called me to do and He would keep bringing them to the surface. I was sooo afraid of failing and of what others would think of me!
I really thought that in order to do the things He called me to, I had to be fearless, get over my fear, like zero fear. To some extent yes, but what I learned is that everyone, even those who look like they have it all together get scared, anxious and nervous when the time comes too!
Wow! Eureka moment! I’ve also learned that the enemy uses the same of tactics (fear, unworthiness, rejection) to keep you from walking in what God had created you for. We just have to rebuke the enemy and replace thoughts of doubt and fear with the promises of God.
Also! Can I tell you that you have to be bold in this life? Without faith it is impossible to please Him! We have step into all that God has called us to encouraged by the fact that we won’t always know what to say or how to do this or that, but if you just take the next step, The Lord Jesus will show up for you!
