Breakdown before Breakthrough.

This is something I’m come to believe. We shouldn’t expect negative things to happen before something good. But sometimes, when your whole world feels like it’s falling apart, and the world seems to be against you, when you are pressed in at every side, that’s usually when the breakthrough is on its way!

The obstacle is the way! I would t say that the enemy of your soul knows everything, he doesn’t. But he has been around for thousands of years and he has seen God’s blessing patterns. He knows when you are due for an upgrade in life and since he can’t stop God, his best bet is to stop YOU. Yep, make you quit, make you curse your situation, make you doubt what God told you, make you start looking for other ways the promise could come true, paralyze you in fear and anxiety, get you to go back to old thought patterns and destructive behaviors— You name it!

The Bible stays not to be ignorant of the devils devices. It also says not to grow weary of doing what’s right! It ALSO a says that once you get to where you’re meant to be, all this pain and difficulty will pale in comparison.

So I encourage you— trust God’s word, endure and wait for the promise to come to pass!

And let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up. Galatians 6:9 ESV

For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worth comparing with the glory that is to be revealed to us. Romans 8:18 ESV

The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have life and have it abundantly. John 10:10 ESV

Anyone whom you forgive, I also forgive. Indeed, what I have forgiven, if I have forgiven anything, has been for your sake in the presence of Christ, 11 so that we would not be outwitted by Satan; for we are not ignorant of his designs. 2 Corinthians 2:10-11
ESV

We are afflicted in every way, but not crushed; perplexed, but not driven to despair; persecuted, but not forsaken; struck down, but not destroyed; always carrying in the body the death of Jesus, so that the life of Jesus may also be manifested in our bodies. For we who live are always being given over to death for Jesus’ sake, so that the life of Jesus also may be manifested in our mortal flesh. 2 Corinthians 4:8-12 ESV
