I remember being in a very tough time in my life, before I started to even consider God in my everyday life.
I remember being out of choices and out of time. I had no plan A, B or C. And in my feeble attempt to pray, I believe the Holy Spirit took over and I mouthed the words
“Not my will, but Yours be done”.
The Bible says:
…We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us through wordless groans. And he who searches our hearts knows the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for God’s people in accordance with the will of God. – Romans 8:26-27
and that
…Christ Jesus who died–more than that, who was raised to life–is at the right hand of God and is also interceding for us. – Romans 8:34
The testimony is long but God came through and took care of me and delivered me out of an impossible situation.
Trust God. His ways are higher than our ways and His will is far better than our wants.
