A look from Aeropostale and Rue21. Who said a girl in her 30s can’t shop in the Junior’s department anyway?
Some people think it’s a faux pas to buy and tell, but I’m not ashamed of getting a good deal. My new favorite item to wear is my Floral V-Neck Jumper from Aeropostale. I was doing some back to school shopping with my son and could help but go check out the sale rack.
I am proud to say that my favorite jumper cost me $9.99 ($14.99 online when this was published) and my shoes were $5 bucks when a Rue21 was going out of business during my trip to St. Augustine, Florida. Totally unexpected and quite a surprise. Those are the best kind. 🙂
That’s not to say it’s wrong to spend a little money on your clothes. There will be times and occasions when you’ll have to drop some coin, but this breezy number was not one of those times.
<blockquote>Girl, you’re going to look so amazing in our Floral V-Neck Jumpsuit! This fresh find features soft, lightweight fabric and wide legs to keep the silhouette easy-breezy, while adjustable straps and a tie at the waist let you get the fit just right. Plus, the allover floral print is simply stunning! </blockquote>
I couldn’t agree more. The print and style were out of my comfort zone, but I’m so glad I gave it a try.
Why I love it
This jumpsuit is super comfy and cool. It’s great for those days when you want to look put together without putting forth too much effort. I pair it with a nice lacey flat and I’m good to go.
As a girl with some curves, I love that it has a drawstring waist so I can cinch it when I’m feeling all trim and loosen it after taco Tuesday.
While this pattern and spaghetti strap number is perfect for summer, I think I can top it with a black blazer and a black stiletto heel and rock it in the fall, too.
